Hilary made selling my mother’s condo fast and easy! Her suggested pricing was higher than I expected, and other residents in the condo complex said it would never sell at that price. It sold in a couple weeks at over the asking price! In the interim Hilary helped with details of prepping the unit for market, handling headaches with building management, and generally engineering as smooth a sale as possible. Her helpfulness, market savvy, and engaging friendliness make coordinating a real estate sale with her a pleasant experience.
